Transformer les Associations

 

Bonjour,

 

Ici, je poste et commente des articles - principalement en anglais et en français - que je trouve intéressants et utiles pour illustrer la manière dont les associations se transforment pour devenir plus pertinentes par rapport aux attentes changeantes de leurs parties prenantes et pour être plus efficaces dans leur action. Je recherche également des récits sur la manière dont les associations recentrent leur mission sur les nouveaux défis.

 

Je privilégie notamment les récits montrant comment les associations sont passées d’une culture quelque peu complaisante à une nouvelle culture axée sur le changement et l’innovation.
